Title: Aumento del tiempo de compromiso motor a través de flipped classroom en educación física

Abstract: This master's final project aims to deepen the flipped classroom in the field of physical education. The problem in which it focuses is the short teaching hours of the subject and the reduced time of motor commitment that occurs in it. This situation does not allow us to face the objectives and content of the subject with a guarantee of success. The purposes of this study are to analyze if the flipped classroom makes it possible to increase the time of motor commitment and provide tools and strategies to carry out educational proposals with this trend. The final objective would be to reduce the time of theoretical explanations in class to increase the time of motor commitment, thus taking advantage of the teaching schedule to perform physical-sports activities that develop the students' motor competence, as well as their adherence to sports practice. This research helps to analyze the evidence, increase knowledge and provide clarity regarding the flipped classroom in physical education.
