Abstract: This final project involves developing a digital marketing plan for an online pharmacy. After conducting an internal and external analysis to identify the digital situation of the pharmacy and identify its competitors, this marketing plan establishes the goals that it wants to achieve, as well as the strategies and planning actions that must be developed to achieve the different goals set. Once the main problems and needs are identified, different actions are proposed to improve organic positioning using SEO strategies. It is also proposed to pay campaigns with advertising in Google Ads (SEM) and Facebook Ads (Social Ads) to achieve brand awareness, and finally, email marketing campaigns to maintain relationships with current customers and registered users. These actions will be taken according to priorities and with an estimated budget that should increase the visibility of the online pharmacy with the subsequent increase in annual sales, which is the main objective that is to be achieved with this work.
