Abstract: | The uncaninnes of the user while is using chatbots depends on various factors as the arti cial intelligence or the emotions expressed during the conversation. With three chatbots designed to have different elements that can affect the comfort of the user and determine a personality, this research checks the hypothesis that the user expectations will affect the uncaninnes felt during the interaction. |
