Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discover what is the level of emotional awareness and what dream tools and resources are available to a group of young people who are in high school and how they cope with the difficulties they face both academically and personally. The research proposes the following hypothesis: the higher the level of emotional regulation, the more likely the students will have educational success at the Baccalaureate stage.
