| Abstract: | Strategic planning is being used in Higher Education as a tool to facilitate the appropriate integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at universities, even if its impact is already not very perceived. This article focuses on the results of a research that shows which are the main strategic performance areas that universities are adopting and putting into practice to achieve it. |
