Abstract: The following clinical guideline compiles various recommendations based on scientific evidence for improving intervention in hearing loss in children, with the aim of providing information to educational professionals and improving the inclusion of children with hearing loss in the educational system. It is important that hearing loss is diagnosed so that the necessary speech therapy intervention measures can be taken to ensure that the child can receive treatment appropriate to his or her needs. Treatment may include the use of hearing aids, cochlear implants and auditory and language rehabilitation therapies. Educational inclusion is important to ensure that children with hearing loss have access to quality education and are able to develop their communication skills. Several barriers are identified, lack of resources, lack of time and scarce teacher training on how to intervene with hearing impaired students. Teachers have few resources and formation to include students with hearing loss in the classroom and to promote the development of the student's language. Therefore, there is a need to support and meet the needs of this student profile in regular classrooms. Inclusion may include classroom adaptations such as the use of visual resources, technology, sign language, or teacher training. Therefore, a bibliographic research is carried out in different databases on how to act with hearing impaired students in the classroom in order to promote inclusion.
