Resum: | Through a sample of 119 travel agencies located in Catalonia (Spain), this study establishes the existence of three different profiles of agencies defined by their managers’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) motivations (Management, Altruism and Customer Orientation). These profiles present diverse business characteristics and different CSR behavior. In this regard, belonging to the Altruism factor is correlated with the implementation of three types of CSR measures (environmental, social and economic). |
