Abstract: | The purpose of any language is to be able to communicate in it, and currently, we can observe shortcomings in the teaching and learning of English as a foreign language because students are not able to express themselves in this language. For this reason, this TFM aims to explore the utility of the technological tool of podcasts in the development of students' communicative competence. Additionally, with the goal of creating a more meaningful and contextualized learning experience, the CLIL methodology is employed. Therefore, the didactic unit has been designed for 6th-grade students and the aim is that pupils acquire enough input on different healthy habits so they can produce podcasts discussing each of them. This approach pursues to improve not only English oral expression but also motivation for learning the language, collaborative work, and digital competence. |
