Abstract: The objective of this document is to highlight the importance of the process of creating the evaluation of a subject in the context of teaching and learning. It emphasizes how this process allows measuring the acquisition of competencies, knowledge, and skills by the students, ensuring that they are prepared to apply what they have learned in real contexts. Additionally, the text mentions that the use of advanced generative artificial intelligence tools can facilitate the creation of detailed and appropriate evaluation strategies. This support includes ideas for activities and tests, the ideation of evaluation criteria and instruments, and the evaluation of the formative process itself. The text underscores the need for meticulous planning to ensure that the evaluation is accurate, fair, and promotes effective learning, within a dynamic and complex process of constant review, in order to ensure a quality education adapted to the needs of the students.
