Title: Estudi sobre els usos docents del portafolis i eines visuals a la UOC: informe de resultats

Abstract: The use of electronic portfolios and other tools designed to show and share productions made by students, or selected by other agents in the training process, is one of the historically most challenging challenges in the field of innovation and teaching improvement in universities. From the educational point of view, although they have in common the fact of publishing content and evidence, the uses proposed by these tools respond to needs and different purposes. Some of them have an important social dimension, others have a clear educational and evaluative function, and others are geared towards responding to specific problems of productions linked to visual language. The result of this research, carried out in the teaching area of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), presents the identification of five cases of use that respond to different purposes and approaches, showing its pedagogical and academic dimension, and considering the Technological and functional implications for its possible implementation.
